Terms And Conditions Of Service

By booking, purchasing, or engaging in any service provided by Psychic Medium Samantha Laurel, (referred to herein as "The Medium", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which constitute a legally binding contract. 

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This Agreement is the legally binding contract between the Medium and you, the client. By proceeding with a booking or service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all the terms, policies, and disclaimers set forth herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

 

2. LEGAL DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY WAIVER  

 

  • Purpose and Entertainment: All readings, communications, and services are for general information, guidance, and entertainment purposes only.

  • No Professional Advice: Services DO NOT replace professional advice or care. The Medium is NOT a licensed medical doctor, attorney, therapist, financial advisor, or mental health professional. Any information provided should never be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial counsel.

  • Personal Responsibility: You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older and accept full and complete responsibility for all life choices, decisions, and actions taken following your reading. You wave any claim against The Medium for any damages, losses, or harm allegedly arising from any service provided.

3. BOOKING, PAYMENTS, & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Payment: All sessions are priced in $USD and require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Required Notice for Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your payment will be 50% forfeited.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to appear for your scheduled session (a "No-Show"), the entire session fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no refund will be made for lost time.

  • Refunds: Refunds for appointments canceled with the required 48 hours notice will be processed within 7 business days. No refunds are provided after a reading has been completed.

4. CLIENT CONDUCT, CONFIDENTIALITY, & RECORDING

  • Right to Terminate Service: The Medium reserves the right to immediately terminate a session at any time without refund if the client is abusive, threatening, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or engaging in testing the Medium's abilities.

  • Session Recordings - Client Usage Restrictions: 

    • The Medium records all sessions and will provide the Client with one copy of the recording for their personal, private, and non-commercial use only.​

    • The Client is strictly and expressly prohibited from sharing, broadcasting, uploading, publishing, or distributing the session recording or any portion of its transcript to any public forum, social media platform, or commercial platform.

    • Any unauthorized publication is a direct violation of this Agreement and may subject the Client to legal action.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, methodology, and material created by The Medium and presented within the reading session are the property of Psychic Medium Samantha Laurel and are protected by copyright law.

  • The Medium retains the intellectual property rights to the content delivered during the reading.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan.

  • Venue: The Client consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Saginaw County, Michigan, for the resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement.
