  • We record all sessions (phone or video conference) for the Medium's internal records and for the Client's benefit.

  • Clients are notified verbally or via electronic voice prompt at the start of the session that the recording is in progress. Continued participation constitutes consent to being recorded.

• C. Automated Data Collection:

  • Usage Data: Information about how you access and use the website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages, collected via cookies and analytics services.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Protection of Your Session Content (Confidentiality)

 

       The confidentiality of your reading is paramount.

• Non-Disclosure: The content of your private reading is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., a court order or credible threat of harm to self or others).

• General Discussion: The Medium reserves the right to discuss general experiences, spiritual phenomena, or non-identifying thematic content from readings during teaching, training, or live events, provided that no personally identifying information of the Client is ever revealed.

• Promotional Use & Demonstrational Content:

  • We will never publish any portion of the Client's session (audio, video, or transcript) for promotional purposes without prior, explicit, and documented written consent from the Client.

  • If the Client consents, the Medium will work with the Client to arrange for anonymity (including blurring the face/image, disguising the voice, and omitting identifying details) if the Client requests to remain anonymous.

 

4. Third-Party Sharing and Data Storage

We share Payment Data with trusted third-party payment processors. We only disclose your information when legally required by the State of Michigan.
